甜菊屬（學名：Stevia）是 菊科 轄下，擁有約240個 草本植物和灌木物種的屬，原產於北美洲西部和南美洲的亞熱帶和熱帶地區。甜菊屬中的甜菊種（Stevia rebaudiana）俗稱甜葉菊，因為其葉子味甜而廣為栽種。甜菊是常見的甜精和代糖，它的甜味擴散較慢、持續時間比食糖長，但部分高濃度萃取物帶有苦澀或類似甘草口感的餘韻。
